This refund policy explains the refund period and request process for purchases from Maxx Force Hockey.
30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident in your Maxx Force Hockey subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How refunds are processed
All payments for Maxx Force Hockey subscriptions are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are therefore issued through Paddle, back to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
How to request a refund
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team through the contact details published on our website and we will help you submit the refund request to Paddle.
Cancellations and renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not by itself trigger a refund — if you would also like a refund for the current period, request it as above within the 30-day window.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions. Statutory consumer rights (for example mandatory withdrawal rights under EU/UK law) always apply in addition to this policy.
